About Me - How to Create or Edit an ABOUT ME Page

•	In the Members Area (left side of screen), under My Profile, click Edit

•	Check Enable About Me Page
	-	Enter your information
	-	Click Proceed

Account History - How to View Account History

•	In the Members Area (left side of screen), under My Account, click Account History

	-	To view an invoice for a specific time frame, use the drop down boxes
	-	Press Proceed to continue
	-	To view all your invoices, Press Proceed

Credit - How to Add Credit

•	In the Members Area (left side of screen), under My Account, click Manage Account

•	Under Account Details on the right, you will see a blue outlined box that reads Credit Your Account
	-	In that box, you enter the amount you want to add to your account.
	-	Click to Proceed (right side of screen)
	-	Fill out the form
	-	Click Process Payment at the bottom of the page

Credit - How to Find Your Available Credit

•	In the Members Area (left side of screen), under My Account, click Manage Account

•	Under Account Details on the right, you will see your Registration Date, Balance, and Maximum Debit.
	-	Balance is your Available Credit
	-	Maximum Debit is the negative dollar amount you are allowed before you start receiving messages from the system to pay your fees.

Email - How to Receive Email Notifications

•	In the Members Area (left side of screen), under My Account, click Mail Preferences

	-	Check the appropriate boxes
	-	Press Proceed to save

Personal Information - How to Change Personal Information

•	In the Members Area (left side of screen), under My Account, click Personal Information

•	Scroll down about halfway until you see Main Details
	-	Enter any information you wish to change
	-	Click Update to save your changes

Profile Page - How to Create or Edit a PROFILE PAGE

•	In the Members Area (left side of screen), under My Profile, click Profile Page

•	Check Profile Page
	-	Enter your information
	-	Click Proceed

•	Click Register

•	Scroll down to choose your Account Type

	-	Select Business or Individual
	-	Enter your business or personal information

	-	Enter a valid Email Address

	-	Enter Voucher Code if you received one via email or there may be a code in red at top of screen, otherwise leave blank.

Store - How to Edit a Store Ad

•	Go to My Ads (left menu bar)

•	Scroll down to Store Ads, Non-Store Ads, or Wanted Ads
		For example, if you have 3 ads in your store, you would click Open below Store Ads. Your current store ads will be listed. The same applies with the rest of the options listed under Store, Non-Store Ads and Wanted Ads.

•	At the right side of the ad you want to change, click Edit Ad

•	Make all changes needed

•	Click Proceed to save your changes

Store - How to Set Up a Store

•	Go to My Store (left side menu bar)

•	Click Subscription Setup – Click Activate Store, then click Proceed to save.

	Click Main Settings.
	-	Enter the Store Name.
	-	Enter a description of your store (Do you sell floggers, jewelry, custom wood working, etc.).
	-	Insert descriptive Keywords that buyers can use to find your store (flogger, leather, buffalo, etc.).
	-	Under Store Logo upload desired image from your hard drive or from a URL or leave it blank.
	-	Select a design.
	-	Click Proceed to save your settings.

•	Click Store Pages
	-	Number of Featured Items per Row / Number of Store Featured Items - the larger the number of items, the smaller the image.
	-	About this Store - enter any other information you wish people to know about your store
	-	Store Specials - enter whatever specials you may be running or leave blank.
	-	Shipping Information - enter any specific shipping info such as Buyer pays shipping, etc.
	-	Company Policies - enter your return policy, etc.
	-	Click on Proceed. This saves the information you just entered.

Store - How to Place a Store Ad

Start "Add a Store Item"

Click "LIST AN ITEM" (on the top menu bar) or the "Add an item to my store" link in the My Store section of the left hand menu in your member area. Select Store Ad

Click the "Next Step" button. See picture below.

Choose the Ad Type You Want to List

Since you are a store owner, always choose Store Ad

Click the "Next Step" button. See picture below.

Choose Where to List the Item

We STRONGLY advice you to always select "Both", so that your items are listed in both your store and the main marketplace.

If you do want to list your item only in your store, select "Shop".

Select a Main Category For Your Item

Choose the main category your item should be listed in, then select subcategories until you have selected the most detailed subcategory available. If necessary, chose "Other".

Select an Additional Category for Your Item

You have the option of choosing additional categories (this may cost an extra fee depending on your membership plan). If you do want to list the item in a second category, proceed exactly like you did in "Select a Category for Your Item" above. Otherwise, click the "Skip This Step" button. See picture below

Ad Details

Step A:
Choose a very descriptive Ad Title with plenty of keywords- this is critically important in Google and other search engine visitors directly to your listing.

Step B:
Enter a Description of the item. Be descriptive and use plenty of keywords.

Step C:
Add a Hyperlink if desired. This is optional.

There are two types of links you can create:

1. Product Link Create a direct link to the product on your website, so shoppers can purchase it there. If you have individual products listed on a website, this is your best choice.

2. Home Page Link Create a direct link to your website's home page

If you are going to create a hyperlink, follow one of the two steps below. Otherwise, click the "Next Step" button. See picture below.

Step C:
Create a product link (Optional) Use the product link option If your product is on your website and you want shoppers to buy it there, select the first option, then paste the URL to that product page in the first box. DO NOT paste "http:// or the link will NOT work.

The product link will use your product's title as the link text.

Step D:
Link Directly to your website If you want to link directly to your website without linking to a product page, choose the second option, then paste your site's URL into the hyperlink box. DO NOT paste the http:// or the link will not work.

Type in your company or website name into the second box. The company or website name will be the link text.

Click the "Next Step" button. See picture below.

Ad Settings

Step A:
If this is a custom made item which does not have a fixed price, check the "Custom Work" box

Step B:
If this item has a fixed price, check the "Price" box and enter that price in the text box to the right.

Step C.
Enter the number of items available or check the box to list an "unlimited" number

Step D:
If you are willing to let shoppers make an offer for this item, click the "Accept Swap Offers Box", then enter the price range you will consider. Shoppers cannot see these numbers.

Step E:
If you are willing to swap this item for something, check the "Accept Swap Offers" box.

Step F:
Optional Listing Upgrades

These listing upgrades will increase the visibility of your listing. Listing upgrades are free for Ultimate Plan members. There is a per-upgrade fee for some plan members. If there is a fee, it is listed to the right.

"Home Page Featured" will increase visibility the most. It rotates your ad on the home page.

"Category Pages Featured" puts your ad at the top of its category where buyers can see it.

Bold puts all of your ad text into a bold font

Highlight gives your listing a contrasting background color to help it stand out to buyers.

Check the Listing Upgrades you wish to add.

Step G:
Choose whether you ad should start "Now" or at a specific custom time.

Step H:
Choose how long your ad should run from the drop down box or create a custom end time.

Step I:
Enter your contact information, Only the email address is required.

Step J:
Local sales only? If you only sell or provide your services within a certain geographical area, describe it here.

Step K:
Payment instructions: If you are not using a "Buy Now" button, please describe how shoppers can buy your item. This could be contact you by email, visit your website, call you, etc.

Step L:
Check the boxes beside the types of payment you accept. You may check multiple payment options.

Step M:
Ad Images - Upload up to 6 images for the item or enter the File URL. First image is free.
(Advanced) If you prefer to link to an image on your website, enter the EXACT URL here.

Step N:
Auto Relist - Click the check box if you want your item relisted automatically.

Shipping & Payment Details

Step A:
Enter the shipping cost

Step B:
Enter an insurance cost, if any

Step C:
Enter any other needed payment or shipping details

Step D:
Choose a shipping method

Click the "Next Step" button. See picture below

Ad Preview

Review your ad carefully. Ad upgrade fees are listed on this page.

Terms and Conditions are located at the bottom of the page.

By listing the ad you agree that the listing conforms to All Things Kink's Terms and Conditions

The "Previous Step" allows you to edit your ad before it is listed without losing any work.

List Now posts your ad to the site immediately.

Draft saves your file to be edited or posted at a later time.

Store - How to add a PayPal "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" button to your listing

Adding PayPal "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" Buttons to your ads

PayPal has excellent step by step tutorials on how to create Buy Now and “Add To Cart” buttons on their website.

PayPal does not allow you to process payments for:

(e) Items that are considered obscene

(g) Certain sexually oriented materials or services

THAT IS ALL PAYPAL WILL TELL YOU.

PayPal is well known for freezing the accounts of people who are accepting payments for adult themed products or services, from events to floggers to sex toys.

Use PayPal at YOUR OWN RISK for processing payments for All Things Kink buyers (or any other adult themed site or product).

Creating these "Buy Now" buttons is MUCH simpler than it may sound.

A. If you need step by step assistance, see the PayPal pages instructions and/or the directions below.

B. If you know how to create your buttons, do so, then copy the code (I've included the code for a sample button at the bottom of this "How To")

C. Paste that code into the very bottom of the Item Description box, after your description, on the "Ad Details" page

That's IT. The button will be visible when you reach the "Review" page, just before you click the "List This Item" button.

Steps

A. Create or log into your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com.

B. Click the Merchant Services tab on the menu bar.

C. Click the Buy Now button icon.

D Follow the steps on this page to create Buy Now buttons. You can save buttons to use again for similar items.

Step 1: Choose a button type and enter your payment details

Here is where you (PayPal has help links for every step):

A. Select the type of button you want from the drop down box (if you have saved buttons, you can use one to create a button for a similar item)

B. Type in the item name and an optional "ID" if you use tracking numbers

C. Enter the item's price and select the currency you are selling it in (All Things Kink uses US Dollars by default)

D. Customize the buttons

a. If you are an advanced user, you can Customize button

b. Add drop-down menu with price/option

c. Add a drop-down menu with prices and options

d. Name or describe the drop down menu

e. Name of drop-down menu with prices and options (such as "Colors," "Sizes") if the price varies depending on the options the buyer selects.

f. Add a basic drop-down menu for selections such as color and size

g. Create a text filed

h. Show the shipping price if you have flat rate shipping

i. Add sales or use tax percentages

j. Select whether to use your PayPal Merchant Account (unless you are paying PayPal about $30 per month to process your payments, you don't have one) or your primary email address, such as "paypal@mydomain.com

Step 2: Track inventory, profit & loss (optional)

A. Save button at PayPal This allows you to:

a. Protect your buttons from fraudulent changes

b. Automatically add buttons to "My Saved Buttons" in your PayPal profile

c. Easily create similar buttons

d. Edit your buttons with PayPal's tools

B. Track inventory (by item)

a. Don't oversell items not in stock -- Get an email alert when inventory is low.

b. Track profit and losses View profit and loss report by product/service.

c. Item ID

d. Quantity in stock

e. Alert quantity. (optional) When your inventory falls to this number, PayPal will send you an e-mail alert.

f. Price (allows you to select your currency)

g. Can customers buy an item when it is sold out? Yes/No

h. Take customers to specific page when they click s "Continue Shopping" button if they are taken to an "item sold out" page, such as : http://www.mybuynowstore.com

Step 3: Customize advanced features (optional)

This section allows you to customize checkout pages - if you are an advanced user, you can customize checkout pages for your customers, streamline checkout, and more in this section.

A. Do you want to let your customer change order quantities?

B. Can your customer add special instructions in a message to you?

Do you need your customer's shipping address?

Take customers to this URL when they cancel their checkout - Example: https://www.mystore.com/cancel

Take customers to specific URL when they finish checkout - Example: https://www.mystore.com/success

Once you have created your button, click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page. This takes you to a page where:

A. You see a preview of the button as your customer will see it.

B. You can copy the button code.

Now, go to your listing and paste the code into the bottom of the description box on the "Ad Details" page.
